Jaspreet is a Northern Virginia native who graduated in 2014 who has worked with the current team since 2017. Jes is a licensed Master Cosmetologist, she is certified with Hair Dreams, Venus Versa, and Aveda. Jes is a well-rounded stylist who cuts, colors, and styles while excelling in balayage, ombre, hair extensions, Keratin treatments, face, and body contouring. While doing hair Jes has dedicated herself to ongoing education to keep up with new trends and attending fashion shows to expand her vision. Jes’s warm, friendly demeanor and attention to detail makes her not only an exceptional stylist but a pleasure to spend your appointment time with! When not creating beautiful hair, Jes enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time with her Doggo and family.

Meet Jazz and Aveda Ambassador who has been with the Salon family for the last 5 years. Now based in Ashburn, Virginia Jazz began building his career in India, doing freelance celebrities’ hair and make-up and salon work while training internationally. A master at coloring, cutting, and styling, balayage, ombre, keratin treatments, makeup, waxing/threading, and updos. Most importantly, though, this aesthetic finds its inspiration in each of his clients. His work complements their personal style, personality, and face shape, bringing beauty to the foreground with an uncomplicated and fresh approach. Not just his stunning blowouts, seamless color or beautiful cuts bring Jazz’s clients to his chair—his warm and caring manner, makes for a truly unique relaxing, yet high-end salon experience.

Russel has been a hairdresser for over 40 years! He specializes in all phases of hair and more. Russel has spent those 40 years continuously educating himself and worked with industry leaders, such as national television motion picture films, theater, and pageants.

Pasha has been in the beauty industry and community for the past 17 years. He enjoys The opportunity to apply his experience, education, and Love of this profession to give his guest an enjoyable and satisfactory experience. Coming from a family of industry professionals, he grew up in the salon and went to Graham Webb Academy for his initial education. I worked in massage heights before the COVID -19 surge. I worked in Deluca massage and bodywork in DC after reopening. I certify in hot stone massage and cupping.
I’m an expert massage therapist because I am knowledgeable about the body. I worked in my country as a physician and I hope so to again soon here.

Amarpreet graduated with her nursing degree from Shenandoah University in 2014 and began her career as a Registered Nurse (RN). She unknowingly began her career in an acute rehab hospital dealing with complex patients. In her 2 years, she found her interest grow into wound healing. Sooner after, she than continued to learn and specialize in skin, wound, ostomy, and fistula management in various (DC, MD, and VA ) hospitals. Her overall medical background is a confirmation on how professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable she really is. Amarpreet is excited to join the Alura Veda Med Spa in hopes to continue in learning, treating, educating, and helping clients live their best lives to their fullest extent- inside and out!

Shannon graduated as a Registered Nurse in 2015 and began her nursing career in a highly-regarded rehabilitation hospital. She spent several years managing and treating complex patients with acute medical needs and learned the intricacies of wound healing and proper skin care. She continued to hone her skills while working in several roles in area hospitals for a few more years and then earned her Bachelors’s and Masters’s Degrees in Nursing. Having achieved the level of Advanced Practice RN, Shannon possesses significant medical knowledge and understanding regarding the largest organ of the body… the skin! She will utilize her nursing expertise, our state-of-the-art technology, and Aveda premium products to create personalized skin care plans for every MedSpa client. She is also a certified professional makeup artist with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. She started her career as a makeup artist for MAC Cosmetics. Her knowledge and experience as a makeup artist have given her an understanding of makeup application, brow shapes, face shapes and has extensive experience in color theory and color correction. Soma is also a registered medical assistant which gives her the knowledge to provide permanent makeup using aseptic techniques to insure safety for her clients. Soma is very passionate about her work and loves to make her clients feel confident and beautiful.
